Program the athlete you've actually got.
Their blood, DNA and hormone data read against their training load — so recovery windows, nutrition and protocol direction come from their biology instead of a template you've run on forty other clients.
Two athletes on the same block. One adapts, one flatlines. Same program, same effort, same food.
The difference is usually somewhere in their data — how they clear caffeine, what their iron is actually doing, whether their recovery markers say the volume is landing or accumulating.
Most coaches never see that data. The ones who do get a PDF of reference ranges and no idea what to do with it.
What changes in your coaching
You stop guessing why one athlete adapts and the other doesn't.
Same block, same effort, different result — and now you can see where the difference actually sits.
You're the coach with the data, not the coach with the program.
That's the difference between competing on price and setting it.
Athletes stay engaged when they can see their own biology.
And you can see what they actually did between sessions instead of taking their word for it.
You know what's outside your scope before it becomes your problem.
Flagged early, referred out, on record.
How it works
- 01
Upload their panels
Blood, DNA and EndoMAP. If they've had it done, it goes in.
- 02
OptiMap reads it against their training
It surfaces the biological factors associated with how they respond to load, recover between sessions, and use fuel — and flags where a genetic tendency is actually showing up in their functional markers rather than just existing on paper.
- 03
Build the block around it
Training protocol builder, recovery cycling, nutrition direction. Their portal logs the work and tracks adherence, so you know what actually happened between sessions.
What you get
Not a wall of reference ranges. A written read on what this athlete's data means for how you program them — where their recovery capacity sits, how they handle fuel, and which genetic tendencies are actually showing up in their current markers rather than just existing on paper.
Then the block: training protocol direction, recovery cycling, and nutrition guidance built against it.
What your athlete gets
Their own portal: a plain-language read on their own data, their training protocol with a session logger, nutrition guides and meal planning, and habit insights drawn from their results.
They see it after you've reviewed it and sent it. And you see what they actually did between sessions, rather than what they tell you on Monday.
The CRM
Your full roster in one place. Client records, check-in notes, consult transcription and summarisation, session booking synced to your Google Calendar, secure messaging, and adherence data across every athlete you're running.
Where the line is
Anything clinical gets referred out.
If a marker looks like it needs a doctor or a naturopath, OptiMap says so and tells you to send them. It won't hand you a clinical interpretation and it won't name a supplement — that isn't your scope and it isn't the product's.
You get association, not diagnosis.
The language is deliberately careful: what a marker may reflect, what it could be worth a professional looking at. Your athletes should be able to see exactly where your expertise stops, and it should be obvious you know too.

FAQ
Is there software that reads an athlete's blood and DNA data for training programming?
OptiMap Performance is built for personal trainers and performance coaches who want to program from an athlete’s actual biological data rather than a template. It collates blood, DNA and EndoMAP results and surfaces the biological factors associated with how that athlete handles training load, recovers between sessions and uses fuel. It produces training protocol direction, recovery cycling and nutrition guidance — not clinical interpretation.
How can a personal trainer use DNA test results with clients?
A genetic result on its own tells a coach very little, because a variant existing on paper doesn’t mean it’s expressing. OptiMap Performance reads DNA alongside current blood and hormone markers and highlights where a genetic tendency actually appears to be showing up in that athlete’s functional data. The output is framed as association and awareness — what a marker may reflect, and what it could mean for programming — so it stays inside a coach’s scope.
Does OptiMap give coaches medical or clinical advice?
No. OptiMap Performance does not diagnose, does not name supplements, and does not produce clinical interpretations. Its language is deliberately association-based: what a marker may reflect and what may be worth a health professional’s attention. Anything that looks like it needs clinical assessment is flagged for referral to a GP or naturopath rather than interpreted for the coach.
What happens if an athlete's test results look concerning?
OptiMap Performance flags it and tells you to refer the athlete to a GP or naturopath. It will not offer you a workaround, a clinical interpretation, or a supplement to address it. That referral rule is built into the product rather than left to the coach’s judgement, so the boundary of your scope is visible to you and to your athlete.
Can OptiMap recommend supplements to my athletes?
No. Named supplement recommendations are restricted to the Professional build, which is used by qualified practitioners under their own registration. OptiMap Performance provides nutrition direction, meal planning and training guidance framed to the athlete’s biological data, without naming supplements, doses or forms. Athletes who need a supplement protocol should be referred to a qualified practitioner.
What tests can OptiMap Performance use?
Performance works with blood panels, DNA and genomic arrays, and EndoMAP hormone panels. Results are read together rather than in isolation, and against the athlete’s current training context. The wider test library including HTMA, OAT, GI Map and urine challenge is available in the Professional build.
What does the athlete see?
Athletes get their own portal with a plain-language summary of their results, their training protocol with a session logger, nutrition guides and meal planning, habit and lifestyle insights derived from their data, adherence tracking, direct messaging with their coach, and session booking. They see it after the coach has reviewed and sent it — nothing is delivered to an athlete automatically.
Do I need a health qualification to use OptiMap Performance?
No. Performance is built specifically for personal trainers and performance coaches without a clinical qualification, which is why its output contains no diagnosis, no disease language and no supplement naming. The referral rules exist so that anything requiring clinical assessment leaves your hands and goes to a GP or naturopath. If you are a qualified practitioner, the Professional build is the one you want.
Run it on an athlete you already know.
Take someone whose training history you could recite from memory, put their data in, and see whether it tells you something you didn't already have.
